Week 2 and still going strong. One word to sum up this week is HUNGRY! The mileage is creeping up and my pace is
ever so slightly faster. I had some
blood tests on Wednesday and I’m still waiting for the results.
I tried some new recipies brocolli and stilton soup and stuffed sweet potatoes - yum!
Tuesday: Kenyan Hills
Thursday: 4 miles at marathon pace
Saturday: parkrun
Sunday: 8 miles in Windsor Great Park
Total miles run: 19.1
(Plus 21.5 miles cycled, 2 spin classes, 1 pump)
